Summer!!!

Hooray for summer vacation!!!
I am so excited about summer and all of the things that are going to happen and already have. This summer I am going to White Water (aka summer camp) and I can't wait! Plus this summer is going to be filled with family outings, late movie nights, TNL, and sleep-overs with the bestest of friends. Of course there is also the fourth of July, my mom's birthday, and my birthday too. Some of the fun has already happenened these past two weeks. My family and I just came back from our two week long road trip to North Dakota where we had a family reunion. I actually had a blast! (accept for the time my mom and I had food poisoning and had to drive twelve hours with upset stomachs:( ) So much happened that it would take forever to describe, so I'll just let you see for yourself.

Rock 'n' Roll Marathon!

Mom had her second marathon! She was in the rock 'n' Roll marathon in San Diego. Her time was under 7 hours and don't forget that a marathon is 26.2 miles long! I am so proud of her and it is my dream to one day run a marathon right along side her. As you may or may not already know she is part of the North County Team in Training. Down at the marathon it was so cool to have so many different bands playing. There was one band at almost every mile and this year there were supposedly over 3,000 volunteers helping out this year. In the race itself there were more than 20,000 people. From marathon experts to first timers, big and small, fast and slow.

All alone :(...

OK, so mom and dad are at a pasta party, Ate Kelsey is taking her SATs, and Ate Mona and her family are all the way in Minnesota! I guess the quiet house could be at my advantage since I have oodles of homework that needs to be done but personally I prefer having someone else in the house besides Noor and Ni. They don't really have the same effect as a person who actually gives a response when you say something. On the bright side no one will bother me in my "homework cave" as long as they are well fed. Well I better get started on that Science portfolio..."TTFN" Ta Ta For Now!

Blog!!!!

Yeah for blogs!! I finally decided to make my own blog! Kelsey (my sister) and Nemesia (my niece) both have blogs and they made them more than a year ago...and my mom even has one for her run and I decide to make mine now. Hopefully I will be able to remember to post. I have decided that this should be super-duper, extra fantastic, wonderfully awesome experience.
